ASSOCIATED PRESS The Louisiana Superdome and the vacant Dominion Tower are part of a plan to convert the tower to state government offices and keep the New Orleans Saints in the city. The state plans to spend about $85 million to upgrade the Superdome with new exclusive lounges and expanded field-level seating.
