ASSOCIATED PRESS Camp Justice is the site of the U.S. war-crimes tribunal compound on U.S. Naval Base, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Prosecutors are moving forward with investigations and trial preparation while waiting for the completion of case reviews ordered by President Obama in January.

A shortwave radio such as the one pictured above was used by Walter Kendall Myers, 72, and his wife, Gwendolyn, 71, who are accused of spying for Cuba. The Justice Department affidavit said Cuban intelligence appears to have sent the Myerses an unknown number of messages since the late 1970s, using simple number-to-letter codes.
