ASSOCIATED PRESS Camp Justice is the site of the U.S. war-crimes tribunal compound on U.S. Naval Base, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Prosecutors are moving forward with investigations and trial preparation while waiting for the completion of case reviews ordered by President Obama in January.

The Justice Department affidavit said Cuban intelligence appears to have sent the Myerses an unknown number of messages since the late 1970s, using simple number-to-letter codes.
