associated press Destinee Hooker notched 23 points as the U.S. women’s volleyball team defeated Brazil on Monday in a rematch of the 2008 Olympic final, won by the Brazilians. The U.S. improved to 2-0 in pool play under coach Hugh McCutcheon, who led the American men to gold four years ago.
