National anthem is still unifying

By now, everybody's heard that Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, also of "Shark Tank" TV fame, has done away with the singing or playing of the national anthem before basketball games and that he's also declined to tell why. The 11-14 Mavericks suck, anyway. Published February 11, 2021

Donald Trump could easily steal Republican voters for new party

Roughly 70% of Republicans said in a new poll that they'd either definitely or "maybe" join a political party formed by Donald Trump. As Bernie Sanders might say: That's yuuge. Yuuge enough to set Republicans in Congress on notice about the political perils of impeachment, at least. Published February 10, 2021

‘Vaccine passport’ is outrageously unconstitutional

To impose a vaccine as a condition of traveling is to suggest that government knows best what is best for an individual's health, and therefore has the right to strip that individual of the power to self-determine. That's not constitutional. That's dictatorial. That's China. Published February 6, 2021

Sen. Mitt Romney, Republican In Name Only as he is, just proposed a piece of legislation that would gift parents with children, depending on ages, between $250 and $350 per month and up to $4,200 per year. How is that not socialist? Published February 4, 2021

John Kerry has been making quite a media stir lately about the need for climate change to be treated as a top-notch, top-of-the-list, top-priority national security issue. And not to be rude, but -- what about that private jet Kerry rode to Iceland for his environmental leadership award? Published February 4, 2021

‘Christian Nationalism’ is the left’s next anti-American play

The New York Times just published an opinion piece titled, "The Capitol Insurrection Was as Christian Nationalist as It Gets." Nice try. George Bush pansies poised to exit GOP

So tons of George Bush-ers are leaving the GOP over Donald Trump? Christian surge in China threatens communists — and Democrats

This has leftists everywhere on edge. Published February 1, 2021

D.C. military occupation not a good look for America

Concerns over "civil disturbance" have led powers in Washington, D.C., to extend the stay of members of the National Guard in the capital city. A military occupation in America -- who knew. Bill Gates will use ‘pandemic war’ to control the world

Bill Gates wants future pandemics to be treated as seriously as the world regards war. And what that means in layman's terms is he wants to use future pandemics as cause to strip citizens of their rights to self-rule. But don't worry; he says it's all for your own good. Published January 27, 2021
