Jones, 24, was arraigned on a reckless driving causing death charge in the death of Dakota Kearns, 23, in October of 2013. Police in southwestern Michigan say a Kearns died in a reckless driving incident, not a fall down the stairs. When Kearns was brought to Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo on Oct. 11, medical staff was told he had been injured in a tumble down a flight of stairs. Van Buren County sheriff's Sgt.
