CAMILLA PARKER BOWLES - For many years, Camilla and the Prince of Wales had a controversial relationship, which was highly publicised in the media and attracted worldwide scrutiny. The affair became public knowledge with the publication of Princess Diana's book Diana: Her True Story in 1992, followed by the Camillagate scandal, wherein intimate telephone conversation between Camilla and Charles was secretly recorded and the transcripts were published in the tabloids. In 2005, the relationship culminated in a civil marriage at Windsor Guildhall, which was followed by a televised Anglican blessing by the Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams, at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle.
