Andrew P. Harris (born January 25, 1957) is an American physician and politician who currently serves in the Senate of the Maryland General Assembly. In 2008, Harris was the Republican nominee for Maryland's 1st congressional district after defeating incumbent Wayne Gilchrest in the primary election. He lost in the general election to Frank Kratovil.
