; born 12 August 1963) is a Kuwaiti politician and sports administrator who is the current president of Olympic Council of Asia and Asian Handball Federation. He is also a member of the International Olympic Committee. He has worked in the fields of oil, engineering, water and electricity, and communication and construction. He was a member of the FIFA Council from 2015 to 2017.
