Michael Braxton, who legally performed a marriage for a same sex couple on Saturday, arrives at the Salt Lake County Clerk's office on Jan. 6 to register the marriage certificate with Deputy Clerk Wany Santos Morrison a few minutes after the Supreme Court issued a stay to Utah's gay marriage ruling.
