Wang Lian Hai. 39, (left) and his brother Wang Lian Jun, 35, (right) are two of the 40 artisan ice sculptors from Harbin, China,  working on the construction of the attraction ICE! featuring DreamWorks Shrek the Halls at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Md. They are from Harbin, China, the capital city of China's northernmost province, Heilongjiang, across the border from Siberia, Russia.
