Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel greets Polish Defense Minister Tomasz Siemoniak on the steps of the Pentagon. Mr. Hagel and Mr. Siemoniak will host a joint press briefing at 11:15 a.m. The meeting comes just as Poland is preparing to take the lead on a Baltic Air Policing mission that provides security to NATO's Eastern European allies.
