A graffiti is painted on a fence around the construction site of the new headquarters of the European Central Bank in Frankfurt, Germany, Wednesday, May 7, 2014. The ECB is supposed to move into the building by the end of 2014. The Governing Council of the ECB will meet on Thursday.  The graffito was created by German street artist 'Case'. He painted a repetition of 16 Pinocchio's puppets on the wood panels surrounding the construction site of the new headquarters of the European Central Bank.
