Two Baltimore correctional officers were charged and placed on leave Wednesday after looting snacks from a downtown 7-Eleven last month during riots spurred by the death of Freddie Gray, officials said.

Tamika Cobb and Kendra Richard were caught on video on April 25 taking Slim Jims and Tostitos chips from the store on the corner of W.
