In a Monday, March 11, 2019 photo, a St. Clair Shores police officer places caution tape in the parking lot at the Home Depot in Roseville, Mich., where authorities say police shot and wounded a man who pulled a handgun at the home improvement store. A 22-year-old man allegedly pulled a gun inside the store and then they say the man raised the gun at them outside and was shot.
