Kellom's mother has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against a U.S. customs agent who fatally shot her 20-year-old son. The complaint filed Thursday, April 6, 2017, in federal court in Detroit names Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent Mitchell Quinn and two Detroit police officers.
