Northern California officials have identified four people slain in October as the wife and three children of Hangud, charged with carrying out the killings over nearly a week. KCRA-TV reported Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2019, that officials identified the four as his 46-year-old wife and children ages 20, 16 and 13. They have charged Shankar Hangud with killing three victims at their home northeast of Sacramento. They say he killed the fourth victim five days later near the Oregon border.
