Orville Bjorge was a Private in Company C of the 86th Infantry Regiment of the 10th Mountain Division and served in Italy during World War II. Bjorge was one of the many infantrymen responsible for climbing 2000 vertical feet at Riva Ridge in order to prepare for the assault on Mount Belvedere, a German stronghold.
