This July 10, 2020 photo shows Josh Black in in Casper, Wyo. After convincing the Wyoming Supreme Court to reverse his conviction because of prosecutorial misconduct, Black was awarded a $135,000 settlement and released from prison after serving less than five and a half years of a life sentence for aggravated assault.
