In Utah, the employment picture for teens and young adults continues to look rosy, according to a new study by the Brookings Institution, a Washington, D.C., policy think tank. In its report, "The Plummeting Labor Market Fortunes of Teens and Young Adults," released Friday, three Utah cities were ranked in the top 10 for employment rate in both teens (16 to 19 years old) and young adults (ages 20 to 24).
