Police say a Rochester Hills man was arrested Tuesday, March 11 for violation of the Tobacco Products Tax Act after the discovery in Sterling Heights. Police say a number of brands of cigars were seized. Police say the man, whose name wasn't immediately released, is believed to be part of a large, organized tobacco smuggling ring operating in the Detroit area.
