IRS, FBI and Health and Human Services criminal investigators raid the accounting firm of Stillwater Mayor Ken Harycki on Thursday, March 20, 2014 in Stillwater, Minn. Agents from agencies including the FBI, ATF and the Internal Revenue Service conducted the raid Thursday morning at Customized Payroll Solutions.
