Joe Jacoby OT Washington Redskins. Jacoby joined the Redskins as a rookie free agent in the summer of 1981. He started 13 games his rookie season, including eight at left tackle. He was the only starter among the Hogs for all four of their Super Bowl appearances from 1981 to 1991.
