Numerous relatives of Rep. Ron Paul, Texas Republican, received salaries out of campaign funds and money raised by his political action committee also was used to reimburse Mr. Paul for travel, gifts, flags and food, according to a report by the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington.
