New England Patriots rookie wide receiver Javon Baker had a bad day on Sunday and let the world know it. The 22-year-old unleashed a tirade live on social media after receiving a traffic ticket from a police officer.

The Georgia native said he was dropping a friend off at the airport when a police officer gave him a ticket and threatened to tow his car. Baker responded by opening social media and livestreaming his displeasure.

“You towing it ain’t gonna do nothing to me,” Baker said on Instagram Live. “Come on, bro. You got other s— to worry about. He wanna give me a [expletive deleted] ticket. … Why is you doing that, bro? I’m dropping somebody off at the airport.”

The rookie didn’t specify the cause of his ticket but noted that his windshield was tinted and his front license plate was covered.

“Who does you think you is? Just cause you a police officer, that don’t mean nothing, bro. With my tax dollars, I pay you,” the UCF product said. “Come on, bro, you work for me.”

Baker and the Patriots open the 2024 season on Sunday against the Bengals.
