If America is to stay free, America must return to God. It’s only common sense: you can’t have God-given rights and liberties if God is removed from the equation. What remains is a void, and that void is then filled by government. Thus, the nation morphs into one where government grants rights and liberties. And the government that can give rights and liberties is also the government that can take rights and liberties. Communism, anyone?

“Ultimately, Christians are responsible for the soul of the nation,” said Rob Pacienza, a pastor and public speaker who heads up Coral Ridge Ministries.

So if America is facing dark times, which it is, the argument can be made that it’s in large part due to the failure of Christians to fight effectively for America’s future.
