Former President Donald Trump on the debate stage Tuesday alluded to the 2020 debate between former Vice President Mike Pence and Vice President Kamala Harris.
“Wait a minute, I’m talking now,” Mr. Trump said to Ms. Harris. “Does that sound familiar?”
During the vice presidential debate in 2020, Ms. Harris said to Mr. Pence, “Mr. Vice President, I’m speaking.”
Mr. Pence was Mr. Trump’s vice president during his administration.
The moment has become buzzworthy and used as a way to portray Ms. Harris as confident.
