Global pop icon Taylor Swift cheered on boyfriend Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs Monday night, sitting in a suite at the team’s home game against the New Orleans Saints.

Ms. Swift has been dating Kelce, the Chiefs’ star tight end, since 2023, and the 2024-2025 season is the second in which she has been spotted at home games. Monday’s matchup came just days after Kelce’s birthday on Saturday.

The Chiefs improved to a 5-0 record with a 26-13 victory over the Saints. Kelce caught nine of 10 passes thrown to him for 70 yards, and he found his way onto the highlight reel with two plays: a backward pitch on an attempted third-and-22 conversion; and taking a snap for a handoff to rookie wide receiver Xavier Worthy for a goal-line rushing touchdown.

Ms. Swift had another football connection for Monday’s matchup. Saints defensive tackle Khalen Saunders, who won two Super Bowls with the Chiefs, had an endzone interception of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes that he returned to around the 35-yard line.

Saunders’ brother Kameron Saunders is a dancer for Ms. Swift, including for her ongoing worldwide Eras Tour.

“That’s his boss,” Saunders told New Orleans NBC affiliate WDSU-TV’s Fletcher Mackel Thursday, referring to Ms. Swift, “but I’m his brother. I was there first. … He ain’t gonna be cheering for the Chiefs.”

The fact was also brought up on the ESPN telecast by play-by-play broadcaster Joe Buck, right before Saunders recorded his interception.
