There are hundreds of thousands of abortions that take place in America each year. That’s a number that should have every Christian on edge, and questioning how to more effectively help these girls and women before they make the decision to abort.

“Christians need to reframe the abortion issue,” says Roland Warren, CEO of Care Net and author of a new book about how Christians can make the case that abortion is not solely a woman’s issue but a family issue — a religious issue.

“As Christians,” he says, “we shouldn’t be just trying to bring the child into life … but much more. [We’ve been] focused on sanctity of life, but not on sanctity of family.”

With abortion a key Democrat platform, the timing is wise to adopt better and more effective means of helping stop the abortion industry in its tracks. As Warren says, 80 percent of abortions in America are performed on women who are single. If men would only step up to the plate and do their godly duty, then perhaps women wouldn’t have so many abortions.
