Restoring law and order is good for business (“Trump and Harris disagree on how best to safeguard the public,” web, Oct. 15).

Former President Donald Trump is right to make restoring law and order a major focus of his campaign. He bravely traveled to Aurora, Colorado, where he talked to people about the need for a restoration of law and order, including the restoration of a proper, functioning immigration system.

Colorado residents, like Americans in general, are fed up with the Biden-Harris agenda of illegal immigration and the normalization of crime in our country.

Vicious gangs, domestic and foreign, that terrorize communities threaten the safety and security of Americans. Walgreens, 7-Eleven and many other businesses are closing thousands of stores due to the Biden-Harris national crime normalization plan.

Democratic liberal flunkies such as ABC News’ Martha Raddatz downplay domestic terrorism. The Venezuelan gangs in Aurora, Ms. Raddatz said last week, occupy just “a handful of apartment complexes.”

President Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democrats and their newsroom lapdogs fail to understand that the Americans in those apartment complexes fear for their lives. Mr. Trump and J.D. Vance get it when it comes to the safety and security of Americans.
