Vice President Kamala Harris will deliver remarks about her election loss Wednesday afternoon and is expected to concede to former President Donald Trump, The Washington Times has learned.
Ms. Harris will speak at about 4 p.m. at Howard University, the site of her election night watch party, according to sources familiar with the planning.
Though the campaign declined to comment on the nature of her remarks, sources said she will end her effort to become president.
