While viewers who watched “The Roast of Tom Brady” live on Netflix Sunday heard Kim Kardashian get booed once she got to the podium, those watching the replay heard nothing of the sort.

In the live version, Ms. Kardashian can be heard saying “All right, all right, all right” before host, comedian Kevin Hart, goes “Whoa, whoa” to try and settle down the crowd.

In the edited version, she reaches the podium, and the camera pans wide as she starts with a jab at Mr. Hart, according to Deadline. This keeps the applause from her approach to the stage but cuts out the booing.

Netflix does note in its catalog that the version up on the streaming platform is edited, according to Variety.

Ms. Kardashian was there to roast Tom Brady regarding rumors that they could have been dating, joking that “I do know it would’ve never worked out. An ex-athlete, high cheekbones, silky hair. … You remind me too much of my stepdad now,” referring to Caitlyn Jenner.

Mr. Brady got back at her later in the program, referencing rapper Kanye West, her ex-husband.

“I know Kim was terrified to be here tonight. Not because of this, but because her kids are at home with their dad,” the former quarterback joked.
