The Special Competitive Studies Project’s major artificial intelligence exposition is opening Tuesday to showcase cutting-edge technology to a slew of U.S. agencies and top tech minds assembling in Washington.
The nonprofit project said more than 11,000 people have registered for the AI Expo for National Competitiveness, attracting headliners from the CIA, National Security Agency, Pentagon and Congress alongside companies such as Palantir and Nvidia.
The project is preparing to release a strategic vision after the gathering to detail how attendees can “strengthen alliances, rebuild deterrence, catalyze American prosperity” and ensure U.S. leadership in innovation.
“Success between 2025 and 2030 is critical,” the project said on Substack earlier this month. “Only a decisive strategy can seize the moment and rejuvenate confidence in our institutions, fortify global leadership, and secure national interests for decades to come.”
The gathering features more than 150 exhibitors and 200 sessions with hundreds of speakers to take people inside the newest AI tools promising to overhaul American national security and the race for top tools.
