Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. says he has garnered enough petition signatures to make it onto ballots in the battleground state of Nevada.

The Kennedy campaign said it collected more than 15,000 signatures in the swing state.

“Today marks the end of the primary and the beginning of the general election,” Mr. Kennedy said on Super Tuesday. “Nearly 70% of Americans don’t want a Trump/Biden rematch from 2020. They want to vote for someone who represents hope and healing. For someone with an inspiring vision for America.”

The signatures will need to be verified by the Silver State’s election’s office before he is officially added to the ballot.

President Biden beat former President Donald Trump in Nevada in 2020 by a small margin.

Mr. Kennedy has made it on the Utah ballot, and the campaign has finished petitioning in New Hampshire and Hawaii. Political party paperwork has been filed in California, Delaware, Mississippi, North Carolina and Texas.

The super PAC backing Mr. Kennedy, American Values 2024, has previously said it collected enough signatures in Georgia and Arizona.

American Values has said it plans to spend $10 million to $15 million to ensure the third-party candidate gets onto ballots in at least 10 states.
