Police officers in Dallas are looking for Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice after a crash on Saturday evening, the Dallas Morning News reported.
Authorities have not said whether anyone was injured in the crash, but they believe a vehicle connected to the NFL star was involved.
The crash, on Dallas’ North Central Expressway, included a vehicle that was registered or leased to the SMU product.
Law enforcement officials confirmed that they are looking to speak with the Chiefs wide receiver. However, according to the Dallas Morning News, investigators have not specified his role in the crash.
The Chiefs selected Rice in the second round of the 2023 NFL draft. The Dallas native became an immediate starter for the defending Super Bowl champions, recording 79 catches for 738 yards in his rookie campaign.
