The NFL’s pivot to streaming will continue this season with games available exclusively on Peacock and Amazon Prime Video.

Peacock will hold the exclusive rights for the Philadelphia Eagles’ opener on Friday, Sept. 6, in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Prime Video will host the NFL’s second streaming playoff game, a wild-card matchup in January.

“The NFL continues to work with our partners to put our games on digital platforms where our fans are increasingly spending their time,” Han Schroeder, the NFL’s executive vice president of media distribution, said in a statement. “’Thursday Night Football’ on Prime Video and the historic wild-card game on Peacock last season are strong indicators our streaming distribution is resonating with our fans.”

Both games will still be available to fans on NBC in the two teams’ local markets, per NFL policy. The matchups will also be available to local fans through the NFL+ streaming app.

Peacock hosted the first streaming-exclusive NFL playoff game last season in a matchup between the Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs. Though many fans derided the league for requiring a new app to watch the highly anticipated game, the NFL reported record viewership.

The league said the wild-card game was the most-watched streaming event in history, with 32.1 million viewers.
