The film version of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour broke records this month after it launched on Disney+.
According to the company, “Talor Swift: The Eras Tour” is now the most-watched concert film on the platform, garnering 4.6 million views in the first three days after it was released on March 14. The three-hour concert film beat out other performers with such flicks on Disney+, including the Beatles, Elton John and Beyonce.
The film version of the concert covers the first three performances of the Eras Tour in Los Angeles in 2023. On top of that, Disney+ adds more content for Swifties to swoon over, including several songs from her album “Evermore.”
The film’s original theatrical release already broke records last fall. It grossed $261.7 million at the box office, making it the No. 1 concert film of all time.
The film became a sensation, with many fans posting videos of entire theaters singing along with the film.
