Disgraced former Rep. George Santos predicted that multiplatinum-selling pop star Taylor Swift will endorse President Biden for his 2024 campaign, contending the pick makes sense because most of her songs “are about choosing the wrong guy.”

“I see [Taylor Swift] endorsing [Mr. Biden] for president. I mean I see how this makes sense since 95% of her songs are about choosing the wrong guy,” Mr. Santos posted Saturday on X. “I guess we can all expect a Taylor Swift revenge song on Biden in 2025.”

Conservatives have targeted Ms. Swift with a bevy of conspiracy theories, including that she is plotting to ensure Mr. Biden wins in November and that the NFL rigged games in favor of her current boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, to win the Super Bowl so that the couple could announce their support for Mr. Biden’s reelection.

No announcement came despite Mr. Kelce and the Chiefs winning for the second year in a row.

Ms. Swift has not endorsed a candidate for this year’s rematch between the president and former President Donald Trump. She did back Mr. Biden when he battled Mr. Trump in 2020.

Mr. Santos is a fan of Ms. Swift’s work, especially “I Knew You Were Trouble.”

The ex-lawmaker has plans to revive his political career, announcing this month that he will challenge Rep. Nick LaLota, New York Republican, in a primary race for the state’s 1st District.
