Former President Donald Trump claimed he has the “biggest heart on the stage” as he and President Biden sparred in Thursday night’s presidential debate.

Mr. Trump changed the conversation from climate change and the Paris Climate Accord to accusing Mr. Biden of wasting money.

He claimed he got the price of insulin down for seniors and “took care of the seniors.”

“What he’s doing is destroying all of our medical programs because the migrants coming in,” Mr. Trump said.

“I have the biggest heart on the stage. I guarantee you that and I want to take care of people but we’re destroying our country,” he said of migrants.

He said illegal immigrants are “taking over our schools, our hospitals and they’re going to be taking over Social Security.”
