If you want to know the source of homelessness in America, look no further than local government. That’s where much of the policies and regulations and restrictions that impede the development of low-cost housing come from, and where much of the crackdown on private property rights hail.

Jim Burling, Vice President of Legal Affairs at Pacific Legal Foundation, says “failed government policies” have directly led to the problem in America of affordable housing.

Like what?
