The number of “nones” in America — that is, those who claim no special religious leaning, belief or value system — has doubled in the last decade.

And that’s a problem that’s going to lead America down a path of Big Government takeover. If freedoms come from God, but God is removed from society and government, then who gives out the freedom?

Government does. Government will.

There’s a reason why communist and dictatorial countries are hostile to religion. America, pay attention. Almost a third of Americans now claim they’re part of the class of religious believers called the “nones.”

As Judge Phil Ginn, president of the Southern Evangelical Seminary says, “It is really growing. Back in 2007, it was around 16%. So it has literally doubled in less than 20 years. And it is the fastest growing segment of folks who are polled regarding their religious beliefs.”
