OPINION:
The over-the-top insistence that Donald Trump’s reelection would be the “end of democracy” and the constant portrayals of Mr. Trump as Hitler or another tyrant are a blatant invitation to the unhinged political left to assassinate him.
We see the unfair and ridiculous characterizations for the election-opposition hyperbole that it is. It is absolutely not based in fact. However, an increasingly large number of fascist youths seize on and parrot every baseless accusation.
In addition, leftists have proved time and again that violence is their modus operandi. Without exception, every political assassination in the 20th century in the U.S. was done by a lunatic leftist. The actions of antifa, Black Lives Matter, the “ecowarriors” and now the pro-Hamas agitators prove that point.
Spurred on by 24/7 anti-Trump propaganda promoted by the mainstream media, some will convince themselves that eliminating Mr. Trump is justified. It’s certain that the mentally unhinged among them will be easily convinced there is no other choice.
The Democrats and their media public relations team are painting a giant target on Mr. Trump’s back.
