OPINION:
Twenty-five percent of CEOs attending the World Economic Forum’s latest gathering in Davos, Switzerland, say they are planning to cut their human workforce by at least 5 percent and use artificial intelligence to fill their roles, according to a survey conducted on scene.
Do not be fooled. These are not free market capitalists, simply looking at the latest in technology as a means of expanding their corporate missions.
These are communists cloaking their communist intents in their corporate titles.
Moral capitalists don’t seek to degrade and destroy humanity — which is precisely what trading out flesh-and-blood employees for machine monkeys accomplishes.
“During the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum,” Futurism wrote, “a survey of CEOs revealed that a quarter intend to cut their headcount by at least five percent ‘due to generative AI,’ per a press release from PwC, the firm that conducted it.”
In this same Futurism report, International Monetary Fund chief Kristalina Georgieva was cited as saying, “In most scenarios, AI will likely worsen overall inequality, a troubling trend that policymakers must proactively address to prevent the technology from further stoking social tensions.”
This is why elites have been gunning for a universal basic income — that is, tax dollars to non-workers for the purpose of keeping them unemployed. Elites such as populate Davos, along with their corporate cronies, actually want machinery to take over lower aptitude, unskilled labor jobs — cashiering, for instance — and then dip into tax dollars to pay these displaced workers just enough to buy food — but little else.
They’re easier to control that way.
They’re easier to manipulate.
They’re easier to regulate.
These elites see the world as theirs for the taking — and the citizens as theirs for the subjugating.
Their vision includes total top-down governance — a Great Reset that gives the specially selected at the United Nations the right to dictate how all in the world live, work, travel, eat, build, buy and behave.
As part of achieving that vision, though, the human soul must be purged. The dignity of work and providing for self and the creative beauty of entrepreneurship and the very American ideal of using God-given talent for His glory and to prosper the individual plus family — all that must be killed in order for the Great Resetters to achieve their Great Takeover.
Using technology to take away jobs is a way of downgrading the importance of the individual — the importance of a creation of God — the importance of any pursuit of a dream.
Stay home. Take your stimulus money. Smoke some recreational marijuana and eat some CBD gummies. The gods of global government and woke business will take it from here. It’s coming, one self-checkout line at a time.
