America certainly is facing some dark and perilous times and it’s becoming more and more of a challenge to maintain a positive attitude. But it is possible to have joy. It starts with realizing the definition of joy is not the same as the definition of happiness, and that the idea of following one’s heart leads to misery.
Brant Hansen, author of “Life is Hard. God is Good. Let’s Dance,” says: If you’re following your heart, you’re on the wrong path. So slow down, rethink, reevaluate and seek peace.
“If you want to destroy your life, follow your heart,” he says. What you should really be doing is questioning your heart and questioning your emotions, he adds. Why?
“Because your emotions will lie to you,” Hansen says.
It’s a show that could bring peace to your life! Tune in for more with Brant Hansen.
