The Supreme Court’s sole purpose is to protect the rights and freedoms of the American people. The court’s right to exist is predicated on the present American culture sustaining its legitimacy and right to enforce and establish precedent according to our Constitution.

However, for the past several decades our educational system has failed to inculcate in our youth this fundamental value and tenet of our sacrosanct document — and things seem to only be continuing on this pathway. Soon, the Supreme Court will be without a perceived value in the minds of most Americans.
