OPINION:
The main push to have President Biden to step down is coming from the “Obama cabal,” former members and supporters of the Obama administration (“Biden’s fog-brain episodes compound worries about age, cognitive abilities,” web, Feb. 8).
They’re doing it with ever-increasing, subtle remarks from people such as David Axelrod, Van Jones and James Carville, and it appears coordinated.
In the meantime, Mr. Biden’s gaffes are getting worse and more frequent. It is evident that he cannot conduct the duties of the president of the United States. In a short time, I believe he will drop out of this year’s presidential race.
For those paying attention, it also evident that the Obama cabal has in all likelihood been running the U.S. until now; it has essentially been a third Obama term. The result has been a disaster on all fronts. America is a mess.
What to do with Mr. Biden gone? There are precious few, if any, Democratic candidates with presidential appeal. Oh, wait! There is one: Michelle Obama. She is a woman, she is Black and she is a liberal. (She also comes across as hating America, but the media can help with damage control on that score.)
With Ms. Obama as president, we would essentially be getting a fourth term of her husband. If you think the U.S. is a mess today, our once-great country would be totally gone with Michelle installed in the White House.
Wake up, America! This is all unfolding right before you. Your vote for president in November can and should be a vote to restore our great country.
