President Biden, amid the fanfare of Super Bowl Sunday, sent on social media a troll-like image of himself with “Dark Brandon” laser beam eyes beneath the phrase “Just like we drew it up” — an apparent mock at MAGA conservatives who wondered if pop star Taylor Swift was a plant to swing 2024 elections.

Presidents shouldn’t mock and troll the taxpayers who pay their salaries.

Presidents ought to realize they represent all the citizens of America, not just the ones who voted for them.

But divide-and-conquer Democrats always feel comfortable attacking those who don’t follow their political beliefs because divide-and-conquer Democrats are much more in the business of advancing their own special agendas — which counter the Constitution — than about standing strong for American values and defending constitutional principles. Besides, they have the media running cover for them so they don’t have to worry about criticisms when they attack.

Hillary Clinton had her basket of deplorables.

Barack Obama had his fat cat capitalists — his dig at bankers as “fat cats.”

Biden has his MAGA.

“Biden warns Trump, ‘MAGA’ movement threatens American democracy,” Reuters reported in September of 2023.

“In forceful condemnation of Trump, Biden warns that ‘MAGA’ backers pose grave threat to democracy,” NBC News wrote that same month.

“Biden trolls MAGA Republicans with Super Bowl tweet,” The Hill wrote today.

From the Daily Mail: “The president was seemingly leaning in on claims by GOP commentators that Swift is a plant being used to swing the 2024 election for the Democrats. … Biden tweeted the image with the caption ‘just like we drew it up’ soon after the Kansas City Chiefs won the Super Bowl on Sunday.”

Enough of the White House mocking of American citizens.

It’s not a country of Democrats.

It’s a country of American citizens.

At the very least, let Super Bowl Sunday pass without the partisan politics and petty hit jobs on MAGAs. Can’t anything in this country be a uniting force any longer?

In this day and age of Black national anthems versus American national anthems, it’d at least be nice if the president of the United States could rise above the fray and just wish all — Democrats and Republicans — a happy Super Bowl Sunday. It’s really not too much to ask.

Apparently, for Democrats, it really is too much to ask.
