It’s no secret left-wing billionaire George Soros can’t stand Donald Trump — or American Exceptionalism.

So why not wipe out both with a single multimillion-dollar cash infusion to turn Texas blue? So goes the logic of Team Soros and recent flows of campaign cash into all causes that destroy the democratic-republic: that is, those that advance open borders; that ensure law and order is not based on the Constitution but rather on the whim and will of activist judges, courts and judicial officials; and that basically boot from office any Republican who stands on principles of America First.

“Texas Majority PAC has kept a relatively low profile since forming over a year ago in the wake of the 2022 [failed Beto O’Rourke] election,” The Texas Tribune wrote. “But it raised $2.25 million through last year.”

Former O’Rourke campaign officials run this PAC; it was founded by Katherine Fischer, who led up O’Rourke’s race for the governor’s mansion, and is staffed by Jason Lee, who served as the Texan’s deputy campaign manager.

The goal of the group, of course, is to turn Texas true blue.

“We need millions of more dollars and hundreds of more full-time staff to do this,” Fischer said earlier this month to The Texas Tribune. “Texas Majority PAC works with partners across the state to create the conditions that will make flipping the state possible.”

Yes, partners across the state — funded by Soros dollars.

Fox News reported that Soros has funneled more than $3 million to five separate groups operating to turn Texas blue in just the last year. That includes $850,000 from Soros Democracy PAC II to Texas Majority PAC and another $1.4 million “he has personally provided,” Fox wrote. It’s all about driving voter turnout so as to drive out the likes of Sen. Ted Cruz, who faces reelection this year — most likely against Democrat Rep. Colin Allred, who’s raised millions of dollars in just the last quarter of 2023 — and to make sure all those dastardly Trump supporters are finally put to rest.

“President Trump is a conman and the ultimate narcissist who wants the world to revolve around him,” Soros said a few years ago.

“When his fantasy of becoming president came true, his narcissism developed a pathological dimension,” he went on.

So off Soros went to fund candidates and causes to counter the Trump effect.

For the 2024 cycle, the Soros Fund Management, through the organization’s individual members or employees or owners, as well as through those individuals’ immediate family members, has contributed a total of $468,410 to the likes of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee; to the Justice & Public Safety PAC — an organization with a mission “to elect better prosecutors” — and to candidates like Texas’ Colin Alred, as well as to Hakeem Jeffries, Pramila Jayapal, Elizabeth Warren and President Joe Biden.

That’s a drop in the bucket of what Soros son Alex has promised.

As Fortune reported in December: “Open Society Foundations, the major philanthropy now led by Alex Soros, said … it will commit $50 million to increase civic engagement among women and young people over the next three years as part of its strategy to support democracy in the U.S.”

Specifically, Alex, like his father, George, is worried about Trump’s influence — meaning, America First patriotism — but is recognizing that Biden is not exactly being embraced by the younger voters, despite their support for him in 2020, and that women, though faithful to Democrats, cannot be taken for granted.

“In the early stages of the Trump administration, philanthropic support for organizations seeking to protect and defend progressive policy wins and to counter democratic suppression efforts surged,” Alex Soros said in December. “But groups dedicated to the civic engagement of women and young people did not see similar increases in levels of support.”

In other words: Look for the Democrats to ratchet up attacks on Republicans over Roe v. Wade. Look for Soros dollars to be poured into race and gender politics aimed at deepening divisions and driving up distaste for conservative policies and traditional values.

This is how Soros scores wins in American politics: by anger, by vitriolic speech, by class warfare and by envy; by fostering and prodding and coddling victim mentalities.

Texas has 40 electoral votes this coming election, up two from the 2020 contest. In November, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott endorsed Trump for president and the state, according to recent polling, still remains strong in the Republican camp — but the population’s grown and Democrats do see a chance to turn back the state to their side. Between 1872 and 1976, Texas voted the Democratic ticket for presidential elections, according to the site, 270towin.com.

In 1980, the state voted for the Republican candidate, however, and has ever since. But the margin between Democrat and Republican narrowed a bit in 2020. Trump won Texas over Biden by 6.5 percentage points, a sizable gap yet still “the narrowest margin since 1996,” 270towin.com wrote.

Opportunity knocks. Open borders, open borders, open borders — cut down all that concertina wire that the Republican-controlled state has installed in recent times and let the new generation of Democrat voters in; that’s the rally cry of leftists. That’s where Soros money digs in deep. They want Trump and Texas on a platter for 2024 to get their double whammy of keeping open borders and driving out MAGA.

And then the future of globalism in America looks clear.
