Nike locked up reigning WNBA MVP A’ja Wilson of the Las Vegas Aces with a six-year extension on Tuesday, according to multiple reports.

The apparel company hasn’t released the exact terms of the deal, but ESPN’s Shams Charania described it as “one of the richest shoe deals for a women’s basketball player.”

Nike’s women’s basketball roster already includes Indiana Fever superstar Caitlin Clark — who signed a deal worth more than $20 million this year — and Sabrina Ionescu of the league champion New York Liberty.

Wilson’s signature shoe, the A’One, was announced in the spring and is expected to launch before the next WNBA season tips off on May 16.

“It’s been incredible working with Nike toward a dream of having my collection, and it really is an honor to take this next step and become a Nike signature athlete,” Wilson said in a statement in May.

Wilson won her third MVP award last season. She posted 26.9 points per game and 11.9 rebounds before falling to Ionescu’s Liberty in the WNBA semifinals.
