Meta’s various social media platforms are all experiencing outages.

According to Downdetector, users began reporting outages at Threads, Facebook and Instagram at around 1 p.m., with new outage reports coming in nearly an hour later.

Instagram and Facebook users have reported the most outages, with both sites accruing nearly 100,000 outage reports over the past hour. However, Downdetector found just over 1,000 outage reports for Threads.

Meta has not commented on the outage and has not responded to a request for comment.

The outage is the second widescale outage on Meta platforms this year after thousands of users were left without access in March.
