Letter to the editor: We’re being played

OPINION:

The Democrats and the majority of our media are working in tandem to keep Donald Trump from winning the 2024 presidential election. A significant portion of our news organizations pretend to be providing accurate information while openly campaigning for the Democratic Party. They fearmonger about Mr. Trump and spew adoration for Vice President Kamala Harris.

This is giving Ms. Harris a tremendous advantage that could put her over the top. As long as our major news providers are ideologically driven, the information we receive is through the prism of the political left. This seems undemocratic and just plain wrong.

We’re not getting honest information; we’re getting propaganda. The entertainment industry is putting the icing on the cake with celebrity endorsements and fundraising. We’ll have to wait to see if this complete snow job gets Ms. Harris elected. Just a few weeks ago, the vice president was a national joke. Her transformation is the result of a manipulative partnership between the media and the Democratic Party. We’re being played.
